James Kobzeff, ProAPOD® owner and developer, is a graduate from Cal State Fullerton in California and has over thirty years real estate experience as an investor and licensed multifamily specialist.
He has served as Vice President of Acquisitions for Coastline Investment Group in Newport Beach, California, worked for and achieved top-producer honors from both Coldwell Banker and Prudential Real Estate, and has successfully completed several selected CCIM courses.
In addition to his activities with ProAPOD® James continues to write and freely distribute articles related to real estate investing to this site, his blog, various article directories, and numerous social media sites.
